原則として、国際交流活動等を行う市民の方に貸し出します。
Generally, NIA will rent their facilities to citizens who organize international exchange activities.

2ヶ月前の1日より受付いたします。（火曜・祝日休館）
These conference rooms can be reserved from the 1st of the two months before.(Closed Tuesdays and National holidays.)
賛助会員は割引があります。
Sponsor Members can be offered at a reduced price.
