情報・資料の収集提供 Providing Information
外国人のみなさんの生活に役立つ情報および必要な情報、また市民の方々の多文化共生への関心や国際理解を深めるための情報を収集・提供します。
NIA provides useful and important information for daily living of foreign residents while raising awareness of local community about multicultural coexistance and international understanding.
資料コーナー Mini Library
多文化共生や国際関連の出版物（書籍、情報誌、関連団体等の広報誌等）などを閲覧いただけます。当協会の賛助会員の方は無料でお借りいただけます。また、西宮市の姉妹・友好都市に関する各種図書もございます。西宮市在住・在勤・在学の方はどなたでも無料で貸出が可能です。
A mini library with publications related to multicultural coexsistance and international understanding, including books, magazines and newsletters. NIA supporting members can borrow them free of charge. Also materials on international sister/friendly cities of Nishinomiya City are available. They can be rented by anyone who lives/works/studies in Nishinomiya at no charge.
展示コーナー Exhibition Corner
事務所前のスペースでは、展示パネルを用い、日本語学習や当協会のボランティア自主活動グループ主催のイベント、防災・防犯に関する情報など、外国人のみなさんに役立つ情報を展示・掲示しています。また多文化共生や国際理解・協力・交流や市政に関する情報も提供しています。展示スペースの一般貸出しも行っています。
Outside our office, useful information for foreign residents are found on exhibition panels, including Japanese language learning opportunities, various cultural events and free consultation services organized by our volunteer groups, disaster prevetion and safety tips. Also information related to multicultural coexistance, international understanding, city's administration and various local events are provided. This space is available for rent.
NIAふれあいボード NIA Bulletin Board
国際交流に関するイベント・サービスなどの情報交換、情報提供の場として市民の方に無料でご利用いただける掲示板です。利用ご希望の方は協会事務所にてお申し出ください。A4サイズ1枚にまとめたものを2部ご持参ください。
This bulletin board is available for local citizens' information exchange. Free of charge.
Please ask at NIA office if you wish to share information on international events, services etc. Bring 2 copies of an A4-size flyer.
相談事業 Consultation Service
外国人のみなさんからの生活に関する相談やご質問、市民の方々からのお問合せを受け付けています。
We accept questions from non-Japanese residents about their daily life and from Japanese citizens about our activites.

助成制度 Financial support for international exchange projects
民間の自主的な国際交流活動等を奨励するため、国際交流団体等が主催する各種国際交流事業等に対して一部資金助成を行ないます。
In order to encourage voluntary international exchange activities at local level, NIA privides financial support to international exchange projects organized by international exchange groups.
| 応募できる団体 Eligible groups | 西宮市内に所在する国際交流活動に継続的に取組む民間団体で、法人でも任意の団体でも応募できます。 A non-governmental group which is located in Nishinomiya and continuously acting for international exchange. Both corporations and voluntary groups are eligible to apply. |

| 助成対象事 Eligible project | 前記の団体が実施する次の事業 1.海外に対する協力事業 1. A cooperation project for foreign countries. 2. Creating necessary data/documents for activating citizens' international exchange. 3. A project that promotes young people's international exchange. 4. A cultural exchange project 5. An international exchange project at local level which is expected to bring a promising result. |
| 助成額 Grant amount | 1事業につき最高5万円。ただし、助成対象事業費には、事務所の家賃等団体の通常の管理経費や海外への渡航旅費等団体が自ら負担すべき経費は含みません。 A maximum of 50,000 yen per project. Expenses that should be paid for by themselves such as management costs including rent for their office or travel cost for overseas are not covered by the grant. |
| 助成件数 Capacity | 予算の範囲内で可能な件数を予定しています。 As many project as NIA can support within its budget. |
申請方法 How to apply | 助成金の交付を受けようとする団体は、所定の申請書により、事業計画書を添えて毎年4月1日から5月31日までに当協会事務局に提出してください。 An eligible group should fill in a designated application form and submit to NIA office with a project plan attached between April 1st and May 31st. |
結果通知/報告 Reveiw result/Project report | 申請のあったものについて、審査の上、助成の可否及び助成金額を決定します。 また、助成事業を完了したときは、完了した日から30日以内に事業実績の報告をしていただきます。 After the review, you'll be notified of the result including the amount of aid. When the project has been completed, the group is required to submit a porject report to the association within 30 days of the completion date. |
