To help form a community where foreign residents feel safe, Nishinomiya City started a consultation desk for foreign citizens. We accept inquiries about various aspects of life. Consultations are free of charge. Please feel free to come for consultation.

Citizens Counseling Division
First floor of the Nishinomiya City Hall Main Building
Days and hours:
Every Tuesday, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm (closed from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm)
Note: Closed on days when the City Hall is closed

How to use the service
- Reservation is not needed
