The NishinomiyaVoluntary Japanese Teaching Group

日本語共育を目指し、外国人にマンツーマン、グループレッスン『日本語おしゃべりひろば』や市内の公立小中学生とその親を対象に『日本語なかよしひろば』を開講しています。

Volunteer tutors teach Japanese daily conversation to non-Japanese residents face to face. The volunteer group also opens “Nihongo Nakayoshi Hiroba” (a Japanese language class for non-Japanese juniors and their parents), and “Nihongo Oshaberi Hiroba” (a Japanese group lesson).

食文化交流ボランティア

Food Culture Exchange Group

日本の食文化に興味を持つ外国人と“食”を通して、交流を深めます。正月のおせち料理やひなまつりの寿司など、日本の行事や季節に合わせたメニューを紹介します。

This group’s goal is to build a close friendship with non-Japanese residents through exchanging food cultures.  They introduce typical dishes associated with traditional events such as Osechi for New Year’s Day and Chirashizushi for the Doll’s Festival, and so on.

西宮スペイン語ボランティアの会

Nishinomiya Spanish Volunteer Group

年3回『スペイン語おしゃべりの会』を開催とともにスペイン語新聞を発行しています。また、スペイン語を母語または生活用語とする人々やスペイン語学習者の交流の場を企画しています。

They provide"Chatting in Spanish" meetings three times a year and publish newspapers in Spanish. They are also planning to have meeting places for people with Spanish as their mother tongue, people who use Spanish as their everyday language, and for learners of Spanish.

外国籍の親子のためのプレイグループです。毎月第1月曜日午前に集まり、季節に合った工作や遊びをしています。また、親同士の情報交換の場にもなっています。外国籍の親子のためのプレイグループ。

This is a play group for non-Japanese children and their parents as well. They have a meeting on the 1st Monday morning of every month, lots of fun is had with seasonal craft-works and games.  At this meeting, information relevant to non-Japanese residents is exchanged.

ＮＩＡ地球っ子クラブ

NIA Chikyukko Club

小学生対象のプログラム。広い視野をもった“地球っ子”をめざし、さまざまな国のゲストとの交流を通じて、国際理解を深めます。

This club hosts a program for elementary school children. The club provides opportunities for children (Japanese and non-Japanese) to meet and play with the goal of encouraging an intercultural outlook as Chikyukko (global kids).

西宮英語通訳・翻訳ボランティアの会

Nishinomiya English Interpreting and Translating Volunteer Group

英語圏または、英語を理解される方のための窓口を開設。その他、市政ニュースの翻訳や各種文書の翻訳・同行通訳などで、外国人の快適な生活をサポートしています。

This group provides inquiry counter for English speakers.  They also translate NIA documents and assist with the publishing of the City News (excerpts from Nishinomiya Muni. Bulletin).

西宮文化交流ボランティアの会

Nishinomiya Culture Exchange Volunteer Group

外国人に日本文化を紹介し、またそれをきっかけとして互いの文化を紹介しあえるプログラムを開催し、相互理解を深めます。

This group introduces Japanese culture to non-Japanese residents.  Through these experiences, the group shares different cultural aspects and tries to deepen mutual understanding and friendship.

西宮ホームステイボランティアの会

Nishinomiya Home-stay Volunteer Group

一泊（ステイ）と日帰り（ビジット）の二通りのプログラムがあり、留学生や研修生を家庭に招き、家族の一員として過ごしてもらいます。ホストファミリーも相手国の理解を深めるよい機会となります。

They provide a two-way program, which are an overnight stay and one day visit. A host family invites a student or a trainee from abroad to their home and lets him or her stay as though a family member. It can be a good chance to deepen each other’s cultural understanding.

西宮相談ボランティアの会

Nishinomiya Counseling Volunteer Group

市内在住の外国人市民からの生活相談に応じるため、情報収集を行うと共に、外国人市民が安心して生活できるよう相談に応じ生活支援を行います。

This group collects necessary information in order to offer counseling services to non-Japanese residents.  The group also provides assistance for non-Japanese residents with regard to solving day to day problems that may arise living in Japan.
